Does anyone know of a freeware CD to MP3 convertor (or ripper) that is available for the Apple Mac OSX

it costs you money to download stuff you have already bought in another format!

try goodling for cdda2wav and blade encoder. I don't know for sure they works on the mac, but they should do.

Right, if you've got MacOS X you already have iTunes. Just check the preferences to make sure it is set to import music to the mp3 format instead of ".aac" (mp4) or something else. Of course, aac format is perfectly acceptable if your mp3 player supports it (like the iPod).

I haven't tried either one of those, so I don't know if they are any good.
