I've just found out that Steve Dixon, site warden for Candleston campsite, Merthyr Mawr, died unexpectedly of a heart attack last Friday. Without him Candleston wouldn't have become the best LARP site in the UK and he had planned to turn it into the best LARP site in Europe.
He will be sadly missed by anyone who has done a LARP event at Candleston.
