I joined Mensa 10 years ago to (perhaps) meet kindred souls and socialise.
What I found was a lot of pompous pontificators who all tried to one up each other to gain the crown of "Profoundest thinker of all" I doubt if the man on the Clapham omnibus could understand what these self styled mavens were going on about, all it was was just complete and utter bollocks.The Stepford intellectuals.
