If you would like to enter an article for the next Fun Run - Here is the place to do it.
To make my life easier and you know html enter by giving full HRL and page name ie:
Article name here
The page number A130924 in the example above is the page number of this last page - YOU SHOULD replace it with the page number of the article you wish to enter.
If not just put the page number of your article followed by its name and I will do the rest.
Thanks vegiman

I would LOVE to get some input on Poetic License (A156908), and since everyone appears to be too shy to be the first to discuss it, I'll offer it up rather than Mudpies... Although if you want Mudpies in any run (I think I said before that once offered as sacrifices they're game for ya ) you're welcome to that one, too.

Is that enough?

I'm game for another go! But I'm going to be more difficult and ask everyone to chose one because I don't know which I want to have running....
Groundhog Day
Groundhog Day
H2G2: Groundhog Day: 160930
OR.....
Golf (or how to spoil a perfectly good walk)
Golf (or how to spoil a perfectly good walk)
H2G2: Golf (or how to spoil a perfectly good walk): A158131
Either one is fine with me. I submitted the Groundhog one so TPTB will have time to review it before the big day in February!
I'm afraid that by the time TPTB get around to the Golf one, it'll be too late in the season!
With that in mind, maybe Groundhog Day would be better for immediate review in the Fun Run Mark Twain, but I'm flexible!

"Mark Twain" is already up and going, but maybe veggie will be kind enough to add you to "III'd Time's a Charm" ...
Your posting also reminds me of another question/comment/concern/whatever ...
Do you consider our conversations and comments we had while considering what to run in Mark Twain (sorry, I like that nickname for the second run so ~~~ ) to be cheating or would you consider it legal preparations/dressingup for a big event?

Would you like to include http://www.h2g2.com/A135910 The floating Bridge ? Cheers Ginger *hoping she has managed to update the right forum this time!*

How can it be cheating??
If there's an obvious flaw in an entry that someone catches before the run begins, why not fix it before things get started? Othersiwe, everyone will focus on the fact that you might have spelled duck with an "f" where the "d" goes and not read the article as closely because of the sniggering that will follow such a discovery (even if 20 other people pointed out the same thing!).
We want people to read for content as much as for grammar and spelling, but if you got a lot of mistakes in grammar, people are likely to miss the content issues or vice versa.
Just my humble opinion!

Sorry guy/gals - I thought Mark would have had the place advertised by now. Perhaps a few gentle reminders on the request forum as you have been doing, so it is on top of his listings when he comes back first thing monday morning.
I'll do a bit more spamming - if you do the same on some busy forums - we will get more replies. Just 4 forums each should reach over a hundred researchers if well placed.
Something like this
Sorry for the Spam but:
Have you tried the new Slick Fun Run - Go on,have a go - you will find it at:

Join in the fun and help other researchers at the same time.

Hmmm...if I'd known you were going to name this particular fun run "Mark Twain," I would have submitted My "Samuel Clemens" article for it.
This fun run has lived up to everything I was hoping for. I received a lot of positive responses, which make me feel good, but I received lots of useful criticism, and I firmly believe my article is better off for it. Count me in for run #4, since it looks like I was to slow to get into #3. I think Atheism should have a go: http://www.h2g2.com/A142804
