Is this really about "How To Run A Radio Show In The UK"?
1)

There is no such body in the UK as the "British Broadcasting Authority".
2)
Quote: "Every station has its own jingle or station ident. It is a legal requirement to play this a certain number of times, usually three times per hour."
What law does that requirement appear in, then? What penalties do Radios 3 and 4 risk incurring by failing to interrupt their plays, concerts, features, etc. with thrice-hourly jingles? (Though Radio 4 is doing its best by manically repeating programme trailers.)

Can't argue with the first one (though OFCOM has gone through several name changes), but I'm pretty sure that there's some sort of rule about station IDS; possibly a fixed number of times a day?
