I've not been here meself much, but I'm always glad to see you around.

I'd like to add my own enthusiastic "Many more happy returns!" to the list.

On the "smiling depression", I have it myself, considerably aggravated at the moment with seasonal affective depression*.

On smiling (or grinning) cats, I was re-reading "Alice In Wonderland" and it struck me that cats really do grin, its just that on account of perspective effects one can only see it from a mouse-eye point of view, for example by means of luring a cat with a wriggly mouse toy mounted above the lens of a cam-corder.




*Elevated B-vitamins with calcium tablets fortified with vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin), help.

Sorry for my extended absence. Hubby very kindly spread his germs and I caught his 'man flu' on New Years Eve! *sniff*
