... might remember the bitter-sweet journal I put here on Valentine's Day.

Since then, Mum in law has left us. I had my op.. and we are still awaiting the birth of our nephew.


Why this journal?


We received a phone call last night. Sister in law had been for a scan to find out how big her baby is, as she is absolutely HUGE!

With only two weeks to go, the scan shows the baby to be in the region of 10lb 10oz!!!

Oh!.. And he is a B I G boy too! The nurse doing the scan said; "Good job you know the sex, because there is no mistaking that!"

Sister in law says she has an appointment to discuss having a caesarian section. After all, this is her first baby, and, she is almost 42... She doesn't want to take any risks with this surprise bundle!

That's all, I just thought you might like to know..

Ok, I'm having flashbacks, my mom was 41 and only 2.5 weeks off her 42nd b'day. I was borne by C-section and I'm absolutely huge 'down there'

You might want to warn her that he'll probably still be living at home when she's retired.

She can only waddle very slowly, now..
