In the South, most people say "fixin" to mean that they are preparing or in the immediate process of doing what ever the conversation is about.
Examples include: "Honey, did you take out the trash , yet?" "I'm fixin to, dammit! I watching the game!"
I also think it is important that "Geetyet" be shown to be pronounced as "Jeet-yet".
