lol!
I logged off not too long after you left, so I didn't actually read this posting until now... and now you're logged off. I figure it's thursday evening for you as I write this, and your friend is visiting you... you last posted about two hours ago and said that you were expecting your friend to turn up any minute... damn I just missed you!
You seem to be logged off when you're actually logged off, if that makes sense... I know you're having trouble with hootoo suddenly disappearing, but so am I. I think everyone is; the H2G2 development team are upgrading the server to make it run better, I think, which means they have to turn it off occasionally, and everybody loses H2G2. So don't stress if you try to load a page and end up at that BBC error page instead; just press the 'back' button on your browser and try again a few minutes later. That should work.

thanks jerms. i'm really sorry i just missed you. i wanted to talk to you again. and i wont be on again tonight. i'm going to see a play wiht the same friend. the only reason that i'm on now is that i want to answer all your posts while my friends sleeping. and i'm not going to wake her up till i'm done... hopefully she wont wake up before then.
i'll try not to get upset if hootoo goes all screwy. when it first started happening to me i was all kinda freaked out about it, and i thought all my stuff really was gone. but now its like old hat or something. and for the most part i'm jsut frusterated about it now, because it usually seems to happen when i'm trying to talk to you...
if you're on today, and i wont be her. i'll jsut say have a wonderful day, and weekend for that matter. i've really got to figure out what time it is there when i know what time it is here... that didnt make much sence... do you know how far ahead (or behind) you are? then i would know if i was supposed ot me sating good afternoon, or what. i dont know if you come on to hootoo on the weekends... i do, so hopefully you do too. but if you dont i'll be here on monday. jsut waiting to say hello again.
have a good whatever time it is there.

How was the play? I hope you enjoyed it...
NZ is GMT+12, and I think you're GMT-8, so I'm twenty hours ahead of you. So basically remove four hours and add a day; If it's saturday 4pm for you, then it'll be sunday noon for me.
I tend not to come online at all apart from mondays and fridays (this semester, at least); I've only been online more the last couple of weeks because I've been coming in to do my assignments. Unfortunately it's the mid-semester break this week and next week, so after finishing my assignment today I probably won't be back again until the end of next week, because I need to work instead.

the play was actually very good. not what i'd expected, but still very good.
and i'll try and remember that time thing. so i think that means that its about 10:30am on tuesday where you are right now.
see you in two weeks, but *crosses fingers* hopefully sooner...
have fun at work....
