We have this thing where we have to synchronise our laptops and do radia downloads. It takes 45 minutes on a good day! Because of that I try to get my inbox clear before I head home. I'm here til gone six some days.

I work as a consultant for a company specialising in data systems. I won't mention the name as you may work for one of our client groups and immediately fall out with me!

I'm basically one of a team of troubleshooters who they send in to really botch things up when the time of crisis draws near.

Our particular area works in concert with the computer support officers of our clients to train them up and act as "Champions" for the systems when we hand it over.
