Hi MARK
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 24, 1999
wooops, I think I gave you the wrong link. The one above is an older one - it works - The new one works better. Plus you get the A to Z of pages already written link as well.
Try

how did you know I wanted to know who else is online? I do not believe in telepathy
Hi MARK
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 25, 1999
You are right it is not telepathy. It is an FAQ (Frequ-Ask-Qest.) So I plonk it on a few forums, here and there.
all the best vegiman
Hi MARK
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 25, 1999
I notice you haven't put the link on your page - need any help - give me a call.
I also see you tried to put a smiley on there as well : - )
Try typing this instead of the : - ):
if you prefer
just replace the f_smiley.gif in the quotes with one of these:
f_winkeye.gif
f_bigeyes.gif
f_bozo.gif
f_fish.gif
f_sadface.gif
If you want your own personalised fish look up Mercury M Fenchurch's pageby entering her name in the e-mail search frame.

Do you offer this service to all newbies.
The user list is great.
Hi Mark
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 26, 1999
Hi Mark
No. I do not have time to annoy more than a couple of newbies a week - you were just unlucky.
I agree with enigmaniacs - you have done great things with your page.
PS there is a new secret of h2g2's that has just escaped - go to Fenchurch M Mercury's page - and discover a tidy way to link to other reseachers pages.
Long may you evolve vegiman
Hi Mark
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 26, 1999
If want aresearchers home page, use the who is on line. If they are on line just click on the link. If they are not on line put some rubbish in the search box - you will then be given an option to search for researchers e-mail. Type the researchers name in this box and it will give you a link to their page.
To save you the effort, Here it is:

thanx. I've upped your star rating on my home page. Partly because plants are as the same importance as humans and partly because you'r so helpful with all these h2g2 tricks.

My home page has been evolving. Is there anyone you would like to add to it from the domain of Plants? David Bellamy maybe

Thanks for the offer. I don't think I could improve on your own suggestions. Keep it up and you will be sure to put many other pages in the shade.

I've just watered the fuschias and I think I should got to sleep now but strangely I don't feel I need sleep. Do plants sleep?
Horticulture
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 27, 1999
Well flowers close their petals at night - I suppose that could be a kind of sleep. You'll have to ask John the Gardener (Canada). I don't grow I only sell em.

Why didn't i see jimi hendrix or bob marley up there?

I've taken 3 suggestions Robert Zemeckis, Jospeh Heller and Francis Ford Coppola. I'm not familiar enough with Hendrix or Bob Marley's lyrics to be sure to put them up there sorry.
