I am pleased to announce the arrival of my first grandchild on Thursday 4th May 2006 at 17.15hrs. A bouncing bundle of joy weighing in at 8lb 20z and called Lauren Faith 
Mother is a little exhausted and sore but doing well! The birth was brought forward by 10 days due to a couple of complications, like a dose of flu caught from her husband 
and rising blood pressure!!!
Are you supposed to feel different when you're a granny.....cos I don't!!!

Whooo-hooo and congrats to the newest parents. And a special warm to the newest "Nan". You'll love being a grand-parent, ... all the love, fun and enjoyment. And hand 'em off to the parents when they're cranky, smelly or tired.
