I've never had any luck attracting martins. The only birds who arrived on schedule here this year were the robins. They're a hearty lot.I usually have gold finches by now and wrens. Haven't seen either. I have seen the cardinals and blue jays.

I thought of something this afternoon, it was about attracting bat and the possible ways of doing it.......... then i fell asleep and promptly forgot 
when i remember (as i will its one of the things about being older i'm like more) i'll do a posting about it
