What words aren't important? Was he/she trying to calm you down about something? Some words are very important and can't be taken back once spoken. But we also need to realize that sometimes people offend without meaning to and that we get a different meaning from what was intended. That is often true on this site, where we talk to people with different first languages.

evening hyp! and I can't post on here what the blight said, as it would warrent a mod! But i can say it was not nice, they seem to think that words are not important............ as most of us relise I'm getting a bit squiffy atm and also i've got to do the squibe thing in a mo so I'll be see you a bit later if your around

Words indeed, can mean everything. Though we can pick and choose which ones to take to heart (at least I'd like to think that, guess it's easier said than done).
