Ach, there's nothing to it. I started singing the first chorus in the shower, thought 'Ooh! That's good,' wrote the rest of the lyrics on the bus to and from work, strummed it upon getting home and realised it was another bloody G, C, D song and changed it so the verse is A minor and the chorus C major (the key change adds a little bit of depth.)
