Merry Merry Magic Christmas!
May your arguments be small,
And your lovers stand tall,
And your inlaws not drive you
Completely up the wall.

My Mum's asleep, stepfather is reading, son is playing Playstation - so I'm here online. Have had a whisky and ginger wine or two.

Hi 60 worders. Got up at ten thirty! Brekkie in bed, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

Lot's of chocs, perfume and a lovely fake fur coat, midnight blue, very snuggly and sensuous.

Pudding steaming, bird in oven, dinner at five.
Off to see daughter and grandson for another mad round of pressie opening after a soak in a hot bath. Pulled a muscle in back two days ago and it ain't alf giving me gip.

Hope you al got lovely things and have a wonderful day.

Drinking till 6
More kids
Drinking till 12
Absinthe makes the journey home
So much shorter

A hope Santa looked after you all!

My jeans don't seem to fit anymore. Strange, I could do them up this morning.
Did anyone else take a carton of cream out of the fridge, shake it and realise someone had already opened it?
Hub's christmas pud was to die for, yum. He's ensconsed dowstairs with the Rolling Stones, head firmly back in 1968. Ro has staggered to bed in imminent collapse of choccie overdose.
Me, listening to new CD on PC. What?
No, I'm not telling you. You'll groan.......oh ok then

Daniel Beddingfield and I'm drinking ginger beer.

Now, a story about Christmas Stockings.....right, can't be that hard

There's an old pub by the river in Hammersmith, called the Dove. It has dark wood panels and an open fire. I thought it would be a good place to meet up once a year - to tell each other stories. We could sit round the fire with a pint and tell each other our latest 100 worders. It would be a good place to tell ghost stories or historical mysteries.

Any takers? How about 5pm on a cold gloomy Saturday in February? It's only an hour or so away for me, and much further for lots of people - but maybe people could combine the pub visit with visiting relatives, London etc that weekend.

smiley - cheersFats.

Sounds like a fantastic idea FG. I'm sure some of us would be able to manage that.
