Everyone has their personal choice of beaches, and here is mine in Cornwall. Sennen Cove, 2 miles North of Land's End, is a fantastic (and quite challenging) surfing beach, the rocky coastline surrounding the cove can only be descibed as breathtaking. Other surfing beaches include Joker Porth (next door to Fistral), Perranporth (which can be a bit flat) and Watergate Bay, just east of Newquay. All of these beaches are on the North and West coasts of Cornwall, there's no surfing worth mentioning on the south coast, though there are some loverly beaches. Try Mount's Bay, the cliffs around Lizard point are terrifying but take your breath away. Looe and Carlyon bay are quite nice but very busy and touristy, but whatever you fancy the Cornish coast is amongst the best on the planet.

I'll agree with this, Cornwall has some great beaches, maybe I am biased cause I live in the UK also and I haven't been able to go to all the other marvelous beeches around the world yet.
