"... are good for the heart, the more you eat the more you fart. The more you fart, the better you feel, so eat your beans at every meal."
The "musical fruit" thing is an Americanism, I'd never heard it before it was used in an episode of The Simpsons. It also fails to scan with the rest of the rhyme, so it really should be changed to the proper English version
