at home we cook the fry up like this
sausages:- grilled
bacon:- grilled
eggs:- scrambled
beans:- microwave
mushrooms:- boiled in milk
plum tomatoes:- microwave
toast:- toaster
there you have it a full fry up that hasn't even seen a frying pan let alone any cooking oil
remember. less lard, more "fry up's"
