Instead of drinking lots of water before bed, try drinking Milk or Flavoured Milk. I'm not a doctor, but I have it on good authority that your body treats Milk differently from Water. Due to Milk's Protean content, your body absorbs it as food; a different process from absorbing normal liquids.

Because of this, your body absorbs it; despite the Alcohol telling your body to reject all fluids. This means it begins to rehydrate you whilst your still intoxicated and won't result in a busting bladder at 4am!

Try it before bed, then again when you (finally) wake up. Flavoured Milk contains lots of vitamins, plus the sugar and fluid your body needs after a night on the source. You'll be amazed at the results.

i have discovered with one friend that milk in combination with pasteurized hot peppers (with just a little bread and ham for easier eating) is surprisingly good cure for NOT to have hangover.
