I found that taking double the daily recommended dose of a multi-vit tablet works quite well. Not something I'd recommend on a regular basis. I'm not even sure that multi-vit tablets are actually that good for you at all.
An alternative to this is a good old fashioned fried breakfast followed by several hours more sleep, plenty of water, coffee, painkillers...
