I think it's good that in the case of the fake cave art, the museum seems to have taken it all in good humour. I beleive his attempts to do likewise in some posh galleries around the world have met with, shall we say, less graceful responses....

Agreed - banksy's thing's well done indeed and I'm actually inclined to say that the museum's response is at least as good. The fact that they say that they expect the item returned after the other exhibition is calssy indeed

I agree . Well done on both sides! gave me a good laugh, especially the bit about it being on loan from the museum, who wanted it back! Great and quaintly British ? ( Can't see The Louvre reacting this way )
