Here's the excerpt I quoted, just a fragment really:
W.B.Yeats from The Wind Among the Reeds
Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
And your reply, from way back in May:
wow i really liked that quote it was so pretty!
thank you for putting it there. i'd never heard it before. and i has made me start to think maybe theres someting to poetry after all.
Bye, JEllen

Magicians' Guild...
Apollyon - Grammar Fascist Posted Oct 19, 2004
Hey Arisz, you enjoying the Magicians' Guild? Fun, isn't it? Anyway, the reason I come to visit your rather cool page is that I am in the slums right now and I was thinking that I might run into a group of theives led by one of your brothers. Do you approve?
PS I am also a Canadian, though I live in Ireland. Canada is a great country.

hey hussassan.
nice of you to come and visit me
i'm loving the magicians guild, although i'd like to meet more people on it. but i've been busy training to become an illusionist... so i suppose socializing will come later.
oooh! you think my page is cool. why thank you
a group of theives run by one of my brothers?? hmm.... now i'm a little confused.
i've got brothers!? cool... or dont i like them.... and if i dont like them then is it ok for hussassan to run into them?
hey! a fellow canadian! cool! i havent met many on here... actually i've only actually met one... but i'm sure there are others.
so a extra special welcome to my page

I was actually talking about your character's brothers...
Haven't been to Canada in years...Actually left when I was about three and never returned, but I still consider it home.
Magicians' Guild...
Arisztid Lugosi Posted Oct 20, 2004
oh...right... those brothers.
so then when you say run into them... what exactly do you mean? because vlain loved both of her brothers very much. and still does, even though she hasnt seen them since her house brunt down....
infact she'd probably be very very greatful for information about their whereabouts.
so you dont like it much where you live?
do you remember much about where you lived? ... i dont rememember anything about alberta, which is where i was born and lived there till i was two.

Hello? Yup I'm still here, but not for long, took me too long to find you lumbering around as I did with my clumsy computer skills and I only had five minutes (grin) but hey hi!! Arisz, thanks for the cake! Though the time was short the visit was great. leafyrunningbreezes

Hi, yeah, I'm still here. I remember the snow and little else.
As for the bros - I was thinking that in the slums, we might have one of them as an NPC operating a secret organization to try and overthrow the king/high lord/ whatever, so that the poor people will be able to get food, medical supplies, etc. and not have to live in poverty.

yes, been wondering where you were
don't worry
all that was said really was more work was needed
have you read the comments since
there have been a couple of suggestions about what could be added
you should see the type of things that get said about some of the things that get submitted
if there was no way it was going to be suitable for the guide you would have been asked to remove it from Peer Review
don't be so critical of yourself, you learn by doing
