Hello Charles,my apologies for the delay in my reply.So good to hear from you,and yes,I fully understand your complete annoyance (violence even hahaha) towards your PC.It's just the worst thing when they decide to play-up,or even pack in.Pleased to hear you've now got the problems sorted.I do understand,so frustrating,to say the very least......The planned trips sound exciting,espiecally the cruise booked for next year,I hope you both have the holiday of a lifetime,you deserve it,and your wife,what with her health problems lately,something to look forward to sounds the best medicine of all to me.I am looking forward to reading of your adventures very much. Nothing really exciting has been happening in my life (no change there then hahaha) Just work,then ,just to make sure I don't get into any mischief whatsoever,even more work..re-decorating my lounge,organising the garden,a little late (ok,very late) spring cleaning ,and now,I am thinking of having a new kitchen installed..is there no end ? hahahaha It was my Mams birthday yesterday,we all went out for a family meal,so that was nice,mostly,my Mam had a wonderful time,her family all around her,she loves that..so,you see,it's not all work and gloom hahaha Just mostly hahahha Always good to hear from you Charles,hope we speak again soon.My best wishes to you and yours Jackie x

Hello Jackie, Seems a long time since I contacted you. My problems have disappeared for now, but, as you know, life is a mixture of good times and bad times.
Julie is over from England, today, for 10 days. We went out for a meal with her this evening. We are hoping for some fine weather and may go with her on a boat trip to Jersey, some time next week.
My Wife is keeping well at present, but she must keep taking the pills.

Hello Jackie, glad to see that you are back. I won't ask you why you have been away so long but I did miss your postings.

A lot has happened in the last 12 months.
Julie is back home and living with us, but she is a pain in the a..e. I am waiting to have my cataracts sorted out. My wife also has some eye trouble.
On the brighter side, we are about to become Great Grandparents.
Our grandson and his wife are expecting a son next month.

Hello Jackie.
Yes the baby is now at home and is O.K.
I have not seen the baby yet because I have been in Hospital. It appears that a stomach ulcer caused me to vomit up a lot of blood. They had a look down my throat with a camera.
Because I have a blood condition "Myelofibrosis", I became short of blood and had to be given some blood. That meant 4 days in one ward to have that sorted out, then I had half a day in another ward to have a cataract operation.
I am now back home and looking forward to seeing that baby within the next few days.
Life is full of surprises, some good and some not so good but we must just look forward to the good times.

Hello Charles ,so sorry to hear of your illness,just so happy to know they have you sorted out ,and ,the cataract is removed now ...things are sent to try us ,as long as it all turns good.
