Why is Trout Fishing in America a classic? What is it that makes it stand out from the rest of his work? Could you define the plots (if there are any) in his works?

Another point that I must make is that the Editors frown on directly copied work. I found that several paragraphs were lifted from http://www.riza.com/richard/bio.shtml. It really isn't fair the nick someone else's work. You should try to rewrite these parts in your own words.

As I say, I think this is quite a good entry, but it still needs some work to make it acceptable for the Guide.

Is all of this guy's work as full of nonsense as the quote at the top? Or do his works actually make sense? If not, why do people read them?
