I'm subbing this entry, and as I don't have any knowledge of this subject I thought that I'd ask you and the others in this thread if you'd look it over for me before I change the entry.

I've put it here - A595848 - if you wouldn't mind checking it for me to make sure that I haven't changed the *meaning*, or anything hugely important in any way I would appreciate it.

I've tried to make the layout a little neater, and the whole thing a bit easier to read. I've changed 'natural numbers' to 'whole numbers' as mentioned in this thread.

I thought about tweaking the title to "The Halting Problem - or 'Why can't a computer know when it's about to crash and prevent it?'" as a few people have mentioned that it might be a good idea. It's a bit too long though.

If no comments have come in over the next couple of days I'll send it back to the lovely Editors.

Just one point, can you change "Universal Turing machines" to "Universal Turing Machines"?, the capital letters are important.

Also What is the output of Halt(T,T)'
should be What is the output of Halt(T,T)?

Other than that it looks great.
