And it looked like only about 3 or 4 donors under about the age of 35 (which could have something to do with the fact that the school holidays started on Thursday and that age group are more likely to have school-age kids and have gone away already)

There were a lot of older laides there, though, which was great. All flirting like mad with the handsome doctor.

Well, which age does qualify as 'older lady'? because they must have been younger than 55.

no that won't stop you... they only used gloves because that is what came to hand and they could wad them up

B'El, I'm a bit confused about your 55 comment. According to the info sheet they gave me, you can donate blood right up to the day before your 69th birthday.
