Ok Here is the place for discussion about Issues, queries and comparing notes about the assignment. Remember it doesn't have to be perfect, even if it is a rough first draft that is fine. The point of this is to see what sort of writer, what kind of train of thought and where your strengths are as a writer.

Well, I've slapped together a 1000 word story if anyone fancies having a read and discussing it.

It was just a quick job, not the story I had originally planned to write so I'll probably write another one before the deadline if no one minds. Anyway, just see the obvious thread in this forum.

im not doing that well on the story, mainly cause i never can think of a good story line, so thats why i wanted to the coloborative story so i could build on someones idea, but ill manage a story, i think im about 400 words so far, does it matter if it doesnt finish?

It doesn't really matter if it is finished or not Universe, as longh as it gives us an idea of your strengths and style of writing.

ok, do you wanna discuss them, or review them? the adgenda says we should review them before the meet, but a review of 1000 words may be a bit harsh.

I think if we discuss the strengths seen in each piece (since it was only 1000 words and some peeps had less time to deadline than others) and anything that strikes as a possible storyline going forward

Although it wasn't to my personal taste, I thought Speckly's story was very well written.

The stream of consciousness worked really well.
