It was never actually lost. It had been replaced with <./>B2650747</.>. Unfortunately the original front page (A862021), from which that section was copied, was corrupted with an extra space so that the blob didn't show. A corrected page didn't turn up until much later and was missed on the first search.

I don't think it would look like that if someone had deliberately edited the image out. Thanks for pointing it out though. It took some time but I did manage to find an updated front page (not that it was necessary in order to see that the space character needed to be removed!).

NB The reason for having a different blob number than originally created is that the first one is faulty. Quite a lot of blobs are faulty. Not all are replaced though. Other times people seem not to have realised that a blob has already been made of an image or they have lost the old number.
