The 10:00 BBC DST SSO drop is going to stay for a while
Traveller in Time Reporting Bugs -o-o- Broken the chain of Pliny -o-o- Hired Started conversation Apr 24, 2007
The daily logout we experience every night around 10 (10:00 until 10:15) is there to stay for a while.
The SSO server has been 'upgraded' last maintenance and the hot update procedure does not work for the time beeing. We will experience these cold updates daily until the hot fix is back. (unknown date)

Traveller in Time trying to limit to small words only
"Since the recent maintenance 'Friday, 13 April, 2007 Server Downtime...' < F77636?thread=4054931 >, we have a daily SSO down.
You will seem to be Signed-Out but there is no way to Sign-In. You can browse the site but not contribute to any conversation or entry. The 'new posts' are also not updated for what you have read.
On trying to submit you will get the message you have to be Signed-In, on Signing-In you did get a defect page reporting 'the SSO is in maintenance' and you should come back in short time to try again. (?) {I do not have a local copy of the page at hand and missed the entire event the last few days.}"

birds are calming down a bit here now, but my golfish are courting, so still plenty of animal interest in the garden!

That would explain why I have missed several SSO drops .
It was what 'Jim Lynn' requested to the SSO team. "

yep board connections go v. slow but get there in the end, appear signed off but didnt have to sign on again after, 0030 to 0050 tonight roughly. i asked in the bull, they say it happens nearly every night.
no big deal, i was just confused. it happened during my moving in party, i was locked out of my own party, thought i had done something badly wrong, went to bed in silly mare.
