how about
if " ((sqrt( 2)* sqrt( 2)) <:> (804- ( 6!))) == 42 "
then travel(led) in time
where:
sqrt is a square root that V flagged thing
<:> is a reverse division
I am a time consumer.
Is there any waste when time has done itself?

just now read the myst of 42 ??
I myself have the most problems with the SQRT() function as this introduces a 1-and-2 or a 0.5 in the power (sqrt(n) == n^0.5). most probaly six7s will disagree in this calculation the reversed division. On my calculator it is used as [x] [:] [y] [inv(x <-> y)] [=]. In fact at "Home" I read it as one of the basic functions done to overcome the side preference of the division.
Probably some prefer the simpler question by adding, subtracting, adding zero and adding a two digit part. That cannot be my question as I am searching it now for a while. The deja-vu effect is becoming more and more intense, as if I really knew this all along.

Jeremy (trying to find his way back to dinner) Posted May 28, 2003
... and in this case, it can be really simple:
2+2-8+0+46 = 42
(no brackets, no tricks, ...)
... but I guess you have found that one yourself ...

Traveller in Time Reporting Bugs -o-o- Broken the chain of Pliny -o-o- Hired Posted May 28, 2003
That can not be my question.
After first glance add subtract add , add double. No I can not write it out.
They have cleaned my coffee mug. It will take me days to get it lined by coffee again. Dishes have similar properties as laundry?
Is there a code to decode these, I have deja vu's writing such in the past, started again.
Lets start lining the cup again have a

Argon0 (50 and feeling it - back for a bit) Posted Oct 3, 2003
OK, only way to do U1 would be to add the leading zeros...
Thus: U000001=> invtan(0!x0!) - 0! - 0! - 1 =42

goniometrics - the study of Joints? far out man!

Traveller in Time on his head
"Yes, I thought so, it was the only conclusive calculation my program came up with. Though I like the six leading zeros version a little more.
I still have my doubts about those radians, is it not like inserting a few numbers out of nothing? ( or are the given by angels )
As with the square root function, after introducing the square root into my program I had to limit it to the power (1/2)."

"Perhaps we can give you a hand in refurbishing _the_ page? I can stack tables up into the air to support all wierd calculations of the myth.
And I am sure most 'newbee' researchers would like to be inserted."

Argon0 (50 and feeling it - back for a bit) Posted Oct 6, 2003
'inserted'? Sounds a bit rude....
I'd love to share the upkeep of the page with others... But I don't know how to do that!!
And indeed if you have the guideml editor, and can rewrite the page, or edit it using that, I'll check it over then post it up! Hmm I should put that up as invitation... I could send, or maybe post, a copy of the GuideML I wrote it in, people could e-mail me, or post in a thread their editted versions, I could Post it....

How about explaining it in words of one syllabub or less?

OK, I get! nice one < 42!
Is the page ready yet? or (it says it ain't)... I've got no problems putting that in (there are a couple of dodgy 42isms on the Original page though, that I'll change when pasting the lot over)

Nephew Who rereading 42ismos
"Yes, it is concidered ready, I was merely hoping for some comment on any remaining bugs, but you can update it ready. No, hold on I have found one. It is a group of researchers not jet named. By the way would you like me to popup the users? I left it out while after a few dozen of personal pages most browsers start crashing."

Traveller in Time on his head piles of numbers on his desk
"Whenever you say, Argon0.. We are ready to drop some more tables piled with numbers. They all got different colours and all pointing toward the myth."
Nephew Who dragging some cables
"We concider linking all back to the myth the best option as an index should be revised every danda."
