I went swimming today for the first time in about 10 years and found out my doggy paddle is really good smiley - smiley And I didn't drown once, so I'm very proud of myself!

It wasn't hydrophobia, it was an allergy to chlorine. I decided to bite the bullet and find out just how allergic I still was, and it turns out that I'm not really allergic at all any more. Now I just have to learn how to swim again!

That's wonderful smiley - cheers

I'm not good at swimmning smiley - groan and I didn't go swimming (swimming pool nor beach) for ages smiley - blue
Not hydrophobia, but just I don't like swimming. Because I'm very short sighted and whenever I go to the beach or swimming pool, I have to put off contact lenses this is very very inconvenient. I can't see clearly anything smiley - cry

Your doggy is good swimmer, too smiley - smiley

The two friends I was swimming with both had contact lenses - one wore goggles and the other just kept her face out of the water. You should try swimming again, I love it, I just haven't had much practise!
