A little slow.....but here!

I'm the same way. Sporatic at best.

Every now and then I find a subject that piks my curiosity.....and I spend my opinion until "The Towers" tells me to shut up!smiley - winkeye

Yeah, I'm kind of in the same position here. And of course I have our hetkasteel.nl website-forum to keep track of too... Not enough hours in the day smiley - winkeye

So how is life then?

Life is fine...but I understand the "hours in a day" problem!smiley - winkeye

Sometimes I think its' too quiet around here. From our forte of 9 residents in this 3 bedroom house, we are finally down to just Monsy, her daughter and me.....and her daughter is usually at work or "hangin' out" with friends.

I'm getting too used to it!

Looking forward to losing this d**n "British" weather. You know the drill....2 weeks of drizzle and light rain bookended by a couple of hours of sunshine. Does it every winter here....especially the few weeks before spring.

I'm itching to get back out to the garage!

And is everything going well for you and Shazz? I suppose you two are more anxious for spring than I am!smiley - winkeye

I felt exactly the opposite! I went from living on my own and having all the space I would want but never would use, to a sharing a home with Shazz, Quark and Kathy(yeees, we are still a bit trek-mad smiley - winkeye, how did you guess? smiley - winkeye ). I wouldn't want to go back to those "Cappucino Years" though... smiley - ale

The weather here is not that bad actually. Well, not by dutch standards. Forget the English weather, ask Shazz about the dutch weather instead! And be prepared for a lengthy monologue... smiley - smiley

I remember a time when my house was occupied by me, my recliner, television, bed and a cooler of "American *P**s* Beer"...and I thought I was happy. Then Monsy came along a screwed up my fantasy!smiley - smiley

Oh, and as far as Shazzs' "take" on the weather....I ain't use to snow, but I'd take your relatively dry snow over weeks of drizzle ANYDAY!!!!LOL

Though luck... We have had drizzle off and on for the last few days ourselves here. smiley - groan

Welll Shazz does this fantastic thing, it's called The Post. So every wednesday(at least the wednesday I should say), I have the downstairs department all to myself, a few beers on the side, something that smells good in my hand and loads of videos and DVDs... I can't even bother her because she usually doesn't notice me when she's doing the post anyway... (Hello sweetie... No don't point that thing at me...Aaarrrrrgh!)smiley - smiley

So yesterday-evening was spent watching about 5 consecutive episodes of Babylon-5. smiley - tongueout

"Vot ies iet you grate moonfaced assasin of djoy?" smiley - smileysmiley - flyhi Gotta love Londo...

Shazz and me, we get along fine... I'll just have to buy an extra tv this year. smiley - smiley
