Yes, I think you do understand rightly. Thank you. And also thanks to everyone else. Really, I don't obsess about this, but one day a year to remember what might have been seems the least I owe her. It wasn't her fault, it wasn't mine. Yet I still miss her. I especially miss who she may have become.
Gosh, life's a real bugger sometimes, isn't it?
