I know this is all rather belated but I'm one of the <./>ACEs</.> (Assistant Community Editors) who volunteered to help show people around the site. I've been checking back into the h2g2 archives for researchers who might be thinking they had been ignored. I suspect you don't need any help but, since you've only recently activated your personal space, I thought I'd drop by just in case.

Things may have changed a bit on h2g2 since you first arrived. Have a look at all the new <./>Smileys</.>. For example: < dragon > without the spaces becomes .

Yeah, I don't come here much, although I love the concept and browsing. There's just so much other stuff to do, like coding, and dishes, and language learning. I've finally got a friend of mine addicted to h2g2, though, so I really should write here more to keep him company.

I know the problem of too many things to do - though I usually avoid the dishes. I'm not really a games player (eg MUDs) though I used to write some. I like sci-fi and fantasy stuff but also languages (real, pretend and computer ones). Perhaps you could <./>Contribute</.> something on languages to the Guide in your non-existent spare time.

Have you seen "Programmers Corner" at A604937 yet? I somehow totally failed to join despite posting in the join up thread. You should probably check the Geek Code at A882281, the H2G2 Researcher Code at A863516 and The Myth Of 42 at A530560 too.
