I've just poured myself a measure from the bottle I brought back from Scotland - "Ginger Tam's Single Malt Whisky, Ginger and Honey Tincture."
It's lethal. The ginger and whisky taste makes your lips burn, but then the honey aftertaste counteracts it all in a very strange way.
It's worth a look.

I used to drink Stone's Ginger Wine at the match - warms you nicely through a drab 0-0 in January.
