Now some random has decided to drag it through the mud again, I don't know if I can be mithered going to the trouble of cleaning it off. For my defence, the "good hearted" person in question is Effers. The judgemental actions I'm being accused of involved me pointing out that Ask h2g2 wasn't a great place to try and stir up a hate mob to gang up on antigravitas. That's it. Two posts in one now deleted thread. Now I'm off, and that's my defence. No doubt one of her cronies will show up and claim I was carrying out a planned campaign of malice against her or something insane like that, but they can go hang. Keep on trukkin' h2g2 - it's been fun.

It's not worth it. Heck, we know who said that, and it's not without a reason that she says her account will be restricted. It takes a hell of a lot for that.

I totally agree, Psycorp. I'm writing you an (unfortunately perhaps a bit lengthy) email, and apologize that work kept interrupting. Please, it's not worth it. You're not any of those horrible things this person has said, and I'd hate to see you leave because of it.

I've had a little 24 hour think, and come to the following conclusions:

Psycorp603 - 10+ EG entries, Post Reporter, Sub Editor
Effers - Sweet FA.

Now if someone like Gnomon, Rich or GB decided I wasn't the sort of person that was needed on hootoo, I wouldn't have come back, but after I'd calmed down (about half 10 yesterday morning) and done a bit of digging around, I decided that there's no way in hell I'm letting someone who's only contribution to the site is to continually rile up Vicky/Della stop me doing something I enjoy.

As for her little clique, I've been keeping an eye on Vicky/Della's PS. No less than three people have blamed her for Effers getting banned. No way in hell am I going to take anything that people who think someone starting "how to kill a man" and "let's all gang up on antigravitas" threads isn't worthy of censure say seriously.

Plus, who'd B pick on if I left?

I don't have too many EG entries and I had to give up my ACE badge ages ago, but I try to be a worthwhile member of this community, and it would have made me very sad to see you leave.
