"Sorta both. I've heard a couple of songs and they sounded cr*p and the name of it sounds cr*p too. If BritPop is anything like normal Pop, it'll probably suck, with the exception of maybe one of two songs."
Heathens!!! "Britpop" at its best is some of the best music around. "Live Forever", "Song Two", "Whatever", "The Day we caught the train"... great stuff.
Anyway, rant over

Hundred Mile High City is a better OCS song than The Day We Caught The Train.

And I must respectfully agree to disagree , "Day we caught the train" is a much better song.
"Whooaahh, la de da..." or something like that

To the tune of song two-
We talk like cockney's
but we are no-ot,
we're about as cockney
as a Guy Ritchie film plo-ot
And Jamie Oliver
He's no 'diamond geezer'
You can tell we're posh kids
By what we've got in our freezer
Mange tout
And a hint of fennel
Mange tout
Just add some basil
Mange tout
We don't like stuff that's greasy
We sushi and waitrose and just so you know
We don't cook like
Delia Smith

I was considering posting a mock up of Oasis lyrics, when I realised the real thing were stupid enough as it is:-
"Walking slowly down the hall"
"Faster than a cannon ball" ...
Oh sorry I forgot, agree to disagree and all that

*rolls eyes*
Yeah, but then again, Blur did have a couple of nonsense lyrics.
'I got my head checked
by a jumbo jet'
What the hell's that meant to mean??
