I have started my diet again this morning with a chocolate Slimfast meal replacement shake. yum!
No doubt, by lunchtime I will be craving sweets and cakes, but hey, it's worth a go.

hey, how does one MAKE a website? do you have to pay somebody?

I made my site myself. It is very simple.
I use Microsoft Front Page to write them and publish them to my free space included in my internet package.
My site is very simple and basic, but if I had the knowledge, I spose it could be quite impressive.

i don't have a computer at home. i just use my office computers.
wonder if i could set it up here?

You get free space with a lot of online sites anyway.
