I'm currently trying to write a comic for my current project and i'm getting nowhere fast.

Because i have:

a mural and a seminar to be done by the end of November

a ton of Hichikers Guide pictures and some anti-binge drinking adverts by mid December

a 10,000 word dissatation, a comic book and two other projects i haven't decided on by the end of the year.

The mural is of some buildings that is going to go on the front of an architect firm in Manchester.

I've got a seminar next monday where i'm going to talk about the mural.

I've got to do a poster campaign to try and discourage binge drinking in teenagers (a true mission impossible)

The comic is going to be a detective story about a modern day police detective that thinks he's a Film Noir trenchcoat and fendora hat, 1940's detective.



Part of me wants to run away and hide.

Seems to be going okay at the moment. (touch wood)

My stuff is more Western style comic book as opposed to Manga, i've never quite got the hang of the Manga style.

To be fair, i feel bad coz i havent a clue about differnt cartoon styles or anything. Oh well. Im a musical artist not a paper artist.

European/USA style tends to be more realistic, were as Manga/Anime style tends to be more cartoony. Though this isn't always true.
