yep, i finish w*rk at last for my 4 day rest period
which means i get to finally go out and celebrate the Holiday Festivities
whilst the realisation that it is all over for many of you dawns, it is merely the beginning for me
tonight i shall drag myself out on to the town in search of my first Christmas drink
and with all that left over 
kicking about i may just bag a nice friendly girl full of Christmas cheer
so a warm farewell to you all and good luck with shifting those extra pounds (i haven't had chance to gain any so 
), i shall next se you all in 4 days

due to my extraordinary eating habits, christmas dinner for me consists only of turkey leg, mashed potatoe, yorkshire pud and baked beans and not much of it.
and fun is exactly what i will have

I just have turkey n sausage meat cos i won't eat the veggies 
josh did some munching though!
he had turke, roat potatoes, carrots, ppeas, cauliflower, sausage etc..n then went back for seconds !

he's a growing lad. i ate soooooo much when i was a nipper and stayed soooo thin
painfully thin even.
it is only in the last 18 months i have filled out, and i have it from a good source (Kathryn) that i look so much better for it.
you haven't seen me lately come to think of it. i have stocked up more and am about to start a training program with Ben
not so chubby on the middle anymore

josh was never exactly thin...he hit a ton at a monh old ..hes just under 4 now.. getting 'really' tall though..think he's gonna take after my mums side n be a sasquatch like steve

the meets the 10th, but everyones meeting in london at 2ish so you'd prolly want to come down the friday..
Fords is coming down too and maybe a couple of others so therell be lots of
