The bomb's work 6 - but Id only use it if the room is in the state you describe - ie empty.

Oh - and don't do it if you're a hay fever sufferer or have asthma.

And DO NOT think it would be cool to stay in the room.

What do they do to people with asthma? My girlfriend was in hospital with it for five years, so she's a bit sensitive I reckon. But she's only here at weekends...

There's a brief mention here, but not really any help. If you have to, do it on a Monday and leave the windows open the rest of the week once it's done its work. Neither Mort nor Saturnine are around enough to reliably get an answer if you post on their spaces.

Sorry 6 - been offline awhile.

It causes an irritation in the back of the throat, which makes the airway spasm - very bad news for asthmatics.

Well, despite everything, getting rid of the old carpets, buying a new bed, the lot, this weekend I realised my legs were itching in a couple of places which must mean there's at least one flea still at large.

I've bought a couple of flea bombs.

I'm going to let them off at the beginning of a few days when my girlfriend won't be coming round. Hopefully it should all have settled down after that.

What d'you think, guys?

Go for it! Get rid of the little

Can you let off the fleabombs just before you go to work or out for the day? That way you shouldn't come into contact with the chemicals too much...

I think Dewey and Flossie bought a few passengers with them on their last visit smiley - cross

Borrow someone's cat that's been dosed with that stuff in the blood for a day - they should all leap on the cat and immediately become infertile, thus solving the problem. smiley - evilgrin Hopefully they'll all leave with the cat as well.

At least you've got the nice weather to ventilate well without freezing when she comes around. If it is a bit chilly, excuses for snuggling. Awww...

I thought they'd gone, and then I started getting itches around my ankles and legs again, and then it seemed to stop again.

But the nagging feeling that they were still here wouldn't go away, so I let a flea bomb off in the bedroom this morning. My throat is slightly irritated, but my girlfriend isn't due to visit until Saturday at least, so hopefully the worst will have worn off since then.

"Spent the weekend and the three days that preceded it packing - and going through all my clobber and throwing out a LOT of stuff. A lot of which had some sort of emotional attachment one way or the other, or was stuff I was hoping to get round to, but basically was just cluttering up my life and holding me back."

Hmm. Did exactly the same thing after moving into our flat in London, which was back in October last year. We (well, I) still have too much stuff, even though this flat is slightly bigger than the one I owned in Somerset.

Is there never any end to this sort of thing?

Well, if you believe in such things, Scorpios will sometimes go through periods where they 'renew' themselves by having a massive clearout of stuff from their life up to now, or a previous part of of their life, and begin a new period of life unfettered by what went before.

Really? Then why am I such a obsessive collector of stuff? Left to my own devices I could fill a house with comcis, books and DVDs.

We don't all conform to type. I'm a Leo, and Leos are supposed to love being the centre of attention. I can't stand it.
