Is it deliberate that you have 'Talk' and 'Talking' practically saying the same things?

By the way, is there not a Help Page to follow this one, with basic explanations about preferences, smileys, edited guide entries and different parts of the guide? I know the FAQ fulfills that role, but it's not very readable...
