That image is amazing Abbi. Its not what I had been imagining at all (although I'm not sure exactly what I was thinking

Good guess - ME is myalgic (in the muscle) encephalomyelitis (in the brain and in the inflamed/damaged nerve coatings)
In recent years, some doctors have tried to change this to myalgic encephalopathy, but ME is listed by WHO as being a neurological disease.
