Edward the Bonobo - Gone. Posted Dec 9, 2008
Och, society is fine. I just had a momentary vision of having to roll up my trouser leg and swear a sacred oath.

My family name means 'bog dweller'. A few kilometers from where I was born and brought up, preserved footprints have been found of neolithic bog dwellers.
One way of looking at this is that I have a long and proud lineage. Another is that I am the first person in my family to have managed to drag himself out of the bog.

I wouldn't mind the rolling up of your trouser leg and swearing a sacred oath
Long lineage and/or out of the bog - win-win?

Congratulations on your seventh Hootooversary, tartaronne
Don't let anyone knock the bogs, Edward. I was at a scientific meeting recently and heard a speaker talking about something they've found in ancient decayed plant matter which can be used to remove heavy metals from humans. or what!

Nothing ever goes away
I praise to you
Nothing ever goes
I praise to you
Nothing ever goes away
I praise to you
Nothing ever goes,
nothing ever goes

Was your box haunted, in the middle of the road, and listed for demolition. And was you made to eat porridge and iron brew. I was.
