I have made certain claims and observations on them. I will be doing my own further analysis, but a scientific assessment from outside is necessary. You can find me easily enough when you are ready, and I will point you where you should go in my claims and analysis. All of a congeries of claims cannot be presented in a short time, but study what I have presented.

The start (almost) is (365+1/4)^4=17797577732+7^2/2^8. 1779 is a year in my results (again, for starters). It is interesting that I did not know the quote you give comes from Hume, who completed his last work in 1776 and had it published in 1779. Everybody will have a problem with my results, including me. A particular article was tested by me for primality in base 13. That is where I'll start when you come in.
