Have you seen the message that Shea left for you on your personal space? You can get to it by clicking on the 'my space' link in the menu. She offers you some helpful tips and advice.
In the meantime, can I help with anything in particular?
I got lost in this site nearly 3 years ago and haven't found my way out yet

Thanks for taking the time to reply a few days ago, it was appreciated. I am finding my way about on a sort of trial and error basis, but will soon yell if I get lost

Just click on "My Space" and it will take you back to your Personal Space everytime.. 
I still get lost now
