If you dress up warm and you aren't facing horizontal rain, I'd say it's worth cycling.

...depends on the traffic..if it is bad..I would spend a half hour in traffic...park...and run to work..hopefully, you have a place to shower...sometimes dealing with the elements and traffic isn't worth it..
