Been here over a week but sneaked in the back door as I was registered with BBC already.
Not been ACEd yet and people have told me they can't leave messages in my Personal Space.
Help Please !

Hi Looneycat! You might just need to activate your personal space... try putting a message there, even if it's just "work in progress"... for the longest time mine just said "to be continued".
I'll ACE you there as soon as possible but will also wait for you to reply to this thread if you need more help - or you can leave a message on my page by clicking my name, above..

Batty,
Loonycat enrolled with Parents, so we won't be able to greet her unless she registers with h2g2. She will likely have to change her name slightly and then alter it in the "My Preferences" option..

So if I do that will my current registration as loonycat be obsoleted?

No,you can still use your other messageboards with that name..
You need to register in h2g2, then you can change your online name to Loonycat in *My Preferences*.. although you will have to sign in with whatever you used to set up the account with hootoo..
Sorry if that sounds long winded, but I can't think of any other way of explaining it..
