I used to hate it when my boss said "I have every faith in you"
It usually meant, "I will take the credit if it works, else your on your own"

yep remember a boss never dose any thing for you unless they get something as well they have to think about fethering there own nest before helping you up the greasy pole they also get what they want out of it and boot you down so you get nowt as well
